INSTALLATION POLICY

All estimates for installation shall be finalized by an EZ Window Specialist upon an on-site assessment of existing conditions.

All windows shall be installed using EZ Windows’ Standard Installation procedures.

Standard Installation
Includes removal and disposal of old windows, mounting, insulating and sealing of new window instandard wooden opening.

Additional charges will apply for services not included in Standard Installation, such as painting, staining, metal frame removal, removal of storm windows, wrapping and capping of trim and necessary repairs to window opening.

Additional interior and/or exterior trim is generally suggested to cosmetically complete and enhance the air sealing of most installations. In the event that unforeseen conditions are found during installation, you will be notified that additional costs may be required, and with your approval they will be added to the original estimate on a time and material basis.

A small job charge of 10% will be applied for installations of fewer than 5 units or orders less than $1000.

Installation dates typically runs 4 – 10 weeks from the Monday following the final measure.
