PURCHASE AND REFUND POLICY

We provide our products wholesale, measured and delivered or professionally installed via an online purchase agreement. Therefore we consider our online agreement to be firm and binding.

We ask for a good faith non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% of the total sale for all installed windows. Upon receipt of deposit we will order your windows. Full payment for Wholesale and Measure & Deliver windows is required at time of ordering. This policy covers any deposit or payments submitted over the phone, via our secure online payment portal or in person and is, in any instance, non-refundable.

With “Measure and Deliver” and “EZ Does It” Installation Services we will set a time for a final measure with our Installation Expert. In addition, we will schedule a tentative installation or delivery date.

In the event that products need to be re-ordered due to sizing, damage or defect, the customershall pay the balance due, withholding payments only for products or work not provided. Upon receipt of payment in full, our company will provide all warranties, service agreements, manufacturer’s certification statements and incentive paperwork if applicable.

The remaining balance is to be paid after the product or products that were ordered are picked up, delivered or at the substantial completion of your installation. Due to the custom nature of our products we do not allow for returns and/or refunds.

Warranty and Product Guarantees

In lieu of refunds and returns, EZ Windows Online offers its clients a Manufacturer’s Warranty or a Life of Home Warranty (based on the level of service you select) to insure the replacement and or repair of any defective merchandise.
